Vanish have released their new single, “Kerosene.” It is a perfect blend of pop punk and an electronic sound that is coherent from start to finish. With a soft intro and a louder chorus, the song retains the attention of the listener by being interesting all the way through, which is essential for a generation with so much accessibility to new music. “Kerosene” is a new and refreshing sound from Vanish.

“Kerosene” has a slightly different sound than any song off of “Familiar Faces.” Vanish explored and refined their sound into this more well-balanced song. It is confident and musically sounds different for Vanish. “Familiar Faces” is almost a stepping stone to where “Kerosene” is now. Vanish found a new sound for this song and they want the best of both worlds: pop punk and electronic sounds. They make it work.

Vanish is a band from Old Bridge, New Jersey. They signed with Hopeless Records in December of 2018 and released their debut album, “Familiar Faces,” with the label in March 2019 and continued with Hopeless Records for “Kerosene.”
